Our community team are all really excited that the charity is one of the partner charities with Run Reigate 2015! This event is definitely going from strength to strength with the addition of a 10k race this year.
2015 is a very special year for us as we celebrate 25 years of operating the service across the South East. In celebration, we really do want to make this a bumper year for our challenge events and we’ve bought some charity places that we are GIVING AWAY to anyone who will pledge to raise sponsorship of £50 (for the 10k) or £140 (half marathon). Those of you who don’t like to be tied to a fundraising target might prefer to buy your own place from the race organisers, and just contact us for a sponsor form, or set up an online giving page with Just Giving.
We’re going to be there on the day to cheer on our runners, as well as bringing along the fabulous red 1.2 Mini One that we are raffling. We’ll have a lucky dip for the children and, if all works out well, a visit from the Air Ambulance itself (not to attend to anyone, hopefully – just so that you can see our helicopter and maybe meet the crew). With an ever-growing team for the 2016 Brighton Marathon (for which we’re still accepting entries), we feel that Run Reigate is a fantastic warm up for our marathon runners – either the 10k or the half marathon would be a good way to get used to running in an organised race.

limited edition 25th Anniversary pin badge – plus loads of support and encouragement!
